Shipping Index
Freight cost as a % of revenue — 15% of revenue = Index 100, the FY25 company-wide benchmark. The top chart breaks cost down by the 3 Alpi vendor accounts (Sea & Air, Denmark, Inc). The index chart below groups them by region instead — DK = Alpi Denmark + Sea & Air's non-container lines, all invoiced out of Denmark; US = Alpi Inc + Sea & Air's container lines. Index 100 = right at the 15% benchmark; under 100 is better, over 100 is worse.
Freight Cost by Company (DKK)
Freight Index by Region — 100 = at the 15% benchmark

Automated Reports
One report per rep each Monday from 8:00 — week, month, quarter and year to date
Build one now
Week, month, quarter and year to date — revenue, vs last year, goal, top accounts and products, with a PDF to attach in Slack.
Create one in Slack under Apps → Incoming Webhooks for the channel reports should land in. Every rep's reports post to this one channel; Email always needs one click on the report itself, since a browser can't send mail silently.
What each report includes
Sales
Every sales report, one click away.
Finance
Team page — more to come here.
Finance's own reporting lands here next. For now, Timeplanner ↗ and Budget are one click away above.
Procurement
Team page — more to come here.
Procurement's own reporting lands here next. For now, Planner ↗ and PO Tracker ↗ are one click away above.
Priorities —
Edit Activity
Supporting = an addition to an existing product, not a new launch on its own.
🔗 Dependencies — things this needs first, e.g. a PO or an asset deadline
📦 Deliverables — by department, what's owed and when. Pre-filled with the standard checklist; trim or edit per activity

Calendar
Team budgets and content categories for the content calendar. Edits here aren't saved automatically — use the Save changes button that appears once something's changed.
My Tools
Your own links to outside tools — shows up as "My Tools" in the Teams ▾ menu, visible only to you when you're signed in. Each opens in a new tab.
Beta Feedback
Bugs, usability notes and feature ideas submitted from the Beta Feedback button — grouped by page. Sending posts straight to Slack, so this list reflects only what's been submitted from this browser.
Create one in Slack under Apps → Incoming Webhooks for the channel feedback should land in. Leave this blank to post feedback to the same channel as the Inbox's rep reports instead.
Getting Started
A quick tour for anyone new to Frama OS.
Notifications
What can trigger a notification in the bell, top right, and the milestones or thresholds that fire it. Each trigger only ever tells someone once per thing — turning triggers on isn't the risk here, repeating them is. Most triggers can also be skipped for one team or one rep, without switching them off for everyone else.
